Haus Rewards Terms & Conditions

Effective date: March 15, 2024

• Throughout the Haus Rewards program, when “Hofbräuhaus” is mentioned it is referring to the Hofbräuhaus Newport, Hofbräuhaus Pittsburgh and Hofbräuhaus Columbus locations only.
• Memberships are on an individual basis. Only one card will be issued per membership.
• Points are non-transferable or devisable and member accounts may not be combined.
• Points will not be awarded for the purchase of a gift card.
• Points will not be awarded for the gratuity portion of a check.
• Hofbräuhaus may amend, modify or terminate the program, including these terms and conditions, at any time without notice in its sole discretion.
• Points may not be awarded or redeemed for the purchase of alcoholic beverages where prohibited by applicable law.
• Members must be present with rewards card to accumulate points.
• Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. If a bill is paid by a credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the Hofbräuhaus Haus Rewards account.
• Members may not accumulate points for purchases prior to enrollment.
• Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Rewards points cannot be earned or redeemed for contracted events.
• Members must be 18 years of age or older.
• Unused points expire 12 months from the date of your last transaction.
• All rewards points can only be accrued and redeemed at Hofbräuhaus Columbus/Newport/Pittsburgh locations.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to become a member of the Growler Club and receive any discounts.
• You must have a Growler Club membership in order to receive the discounts.
• Growler Club membership information we have on file must match the member’s ID to receive discounts.
• Growler Club membership is non-transferrable and cannot be shared with others.

Hofbräuhaus is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use, including fraud cases caused by lost cards.
